Nature, Human Nature Na-Hu-Na
Come and join us in meeting other first-year students while experiencing some outdoor adventures!
Yoga/meditation sample experiences will be led by our yoga certified peer leaders(no previous experience necessary). You will go whitewater rafting and spend time around the campfire watching the amazing Adirondack stars and asking your peer leaders any questions you have about Skidmore/college. It is a balanced program with adrenaline surges and relaxation zones!
Our peer leaders are fantastic at weaving through those first awkward moments of meeting new people. While on this trip you will be staying at Skye Farm Camp, so you will want to bring a warm sleeping bag and pillow.
Please don't forget your required forms to attend SCOOP, found here on the SCOOP Homepage.
You get the idea, so sign up make some friends, eat some s'mores, chill out in nature, do some yoga and ask the peer leaders any burning questions you have about Skidmore and Saratoga and be prepared for honest answers and lots of fun!
